  • Understanding and willingness to accept the sometimes harsh work environment of line and/or heavy maintenance including component repair and refurbishment maintenance.
  • Flexibility with working hours, with ability to work a 7-day shift roster, as required
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • A high level of motivation with a team-focused work ethic
  • Experience on turbo-prop aircraft
  • Experience in Airline operations or relevant GA experience
  • A sound knowledge of aviation Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and documentation
  • Working knowledge of WH&S procedures
  • Acceptable Mechanical, Structural or Avionics qualification
  • A valid Australian State driver’s license or the eligibility to hold one
  • Able to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and Airside Driver’s License
  • SAAB 340 experience highly preferred

Terms and conditions apply as per the Regional Express Aircraft Engineers’ Agreement, with starting salary of $79,000 per annum depending on shift pattern, licensing, qualifications, and experience.
